Our Facilities
The Oconto Municipal Airport has space available for aircraft of various sizes. Pilots can purchase a previously owned hangar, rent a hangar to suit their aircraft and schedule, or build a new hangar with all of the amenities they desire.
Just here for a short visit? OCQ has hangars for overnight, weekend, or short-term rentals.
Quad-Unit Hangar Built in 2021
The Oconto Municipal Airport is committed to ongoing improvements. In 2021, the airport constructed a new quad-unit hangar. It is the first of multiple hangar buildings to be constructed in the new eastern hangar development area. The 170- by 33-metal framed building created four individual full-sized hangars. Each hangar is insulated and heated. Each has its own bifold hangar door and service entrance.
Hangar Rental
New in 2021, four unites will be available for Hangar Rental. An additional three units will be available in 2022. The 42 by 32-foot individual hangars are insulated and heated. Entrance points are a bi-fold door and service entrance. For more information, contact us.
Hangars for Sale
Built in 2008 by Cleary Buildings, this 42 by 32-foot hangar is 1,344 square feet. The hangar is equipped with a 40 by 12-foot electric bi-fold door by Hi-Fold Corp., along with ah side entry door. Additional features are Plexiglas windows in the front and rear and electric utility heater. The hangar is uninsulated. Sale Price is $40,000. For more information, contact us.
Build a Hangar
Build to suit your needs with a Land Lease Site. Contractors will build a hangar to meet your specifications. Utilities are available at all sites. Airport tenants qualify for fuel discounts. Land Lease is priced at $0.175 per square foot annually. For more information, contact us.
